Dragon Ball… what can i say about this great show…? Is there really someone in the world who hasn't seen or heard about dragon ball..? <br/><br/>This show is about the humorous adventures of a boy named Goku, who goes on a journey with a young girl named Bulma in the look for the 7 Dragon Balls.<br/><br/>This show is simply a classic.! It's very creative, it has lots of action and great characters, and the animation is great for the time it was made. <br/><br/>The show startskind of a comedy with martial arts butthe adventure goes on it turns into a more serious thing. During Goku's journey he meets with all kinds of characters, and i really mean it ALL KINDS. Dragon Ball is that kind of show where everything can just happen.!<br/><br/>Dragon Ball also has a great martial arts concept, the characters strength grow upthey train and fight, and they get all kind of techniques and abilities that make them even stronger.<br/><br/>The adventure goes from the race after the dragon balls against a little blue guy, to some fantastic martial arts tournaments, and it has also some legendary villains, it simply has everything.! If you haven't seen this great show -if that's even possible- don't waste time.! download it, watch it on toonami, buy it, doyou can but watch it.! you won't be disappointed this show is really a classic.!
The original Dragon Ball has got to be one of my favorite shows of all time. For more information about the show you can check out HTTP://dragon-ball.ca. It is a light comical show that has a nice adventural scope to it. The animation is a little choppy at times but it is easily one of the best Anime series there is. Master Roshi can be a little bit too much of a pervert for some people but i think it just ads to the mood. Dragonball - Evolution was released in 2009, after years of speculation and rumors. It has since been released on home video. Dragon Ball (the original series, not Z or GT) has been released on DVD 3 times.<br/><br/>1) The first release was the Kidmark release, which only covered the first 13 episodes of the series. However, this set was edited, and dub only. It featured the older voice actors who did not participate on later FUNimation dubs/projects/etc.<br/><br/>2) FUNimation released "saga set" DVDs around 2003. These were totally uncut and even featured both dub and sub audio tracks. Unfortunately, they did not release the first 13 episodes due to licensing difficulties.<br/><br/>3) FUNimation released "season sets" (five in all) in 2009-2010. This was the first "complete series" release in America, and featured the entire series in uncut form for the first time. These sets are what I recommend getting. 21st - Goku, Krillin, Jackie Chun (actually Master Roshi in disguise), Bacterian, Ran Fan, Yamcha, Giran, and Nam. Fighters in the preliminaries included fighters from Krillin's old temple. Jackie Chun won this tournament, very narrowly beating Goku.<br/><br/>22nd - Goku, Krillin, Yamcha, Tien, Chiaotzu, Panput, Man-Wolf, Jackie Chun. Fighters in the preliminaries included King Chappa and Nam. Tien and Goku fought very evenly, though Tien eventually won because Goku got hit by a truck outside the arena at one point during the fight.<br/><br/>23rd - Chi-Chi, Goku, Krillin, Tien, Piccolo Jr., Cyborg Tao, Hero (Kami in a human body), Yamcha. Fighters in the preliminaries included Chiaotzu, King Chappa, and a masked Yajirobe. After a huge epic battle, Goku narrowly won, making this the only tournament Goku ever won!
